Cancellation & No Show Policy

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

We require a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please understand that your therapist’s time has been reserved especially for you.

There is a $45 booking deposit to hold your appointment for new clients only. This will be applied at the time of visit. Your deposit may also be refunded if the appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

Without 24-hour notice of cancelling, a $50 cancellation fee or deposit will apply.

If you cannot make your appointment same day and fail to call and notify the office, we will attempt to contact you. A $50 No Call/ No Show fee will apply.

If you are a package holder, you may choose to use a session from your package instead of paying the fees. If you are redeeming a gift card and fail to cancel within 24 hours or do not show for your appointment, your gift card may also be redeemed.
